Terminal of Use
1. You can be a Gold Card Member if you are 18+ years old.
2. Each card belongs to X-TREME STORES and the holder is obligated to return it if asked. The card will be called from now on X-TREME GOLD MEMBER.
3. The holder, as soon as he gets it must put his signature upon it and can never transport it to another. He must keep it safe.
4. The holder can use the card only in X-TREME STORES.
5. The holder should inform X-TREME STORES for any change of address, otherwise X-TREME STORES S.A. is not responsible for any loss of the mail.
6. The holder agrees and accept that: X-TREME STORES S.A. will keep in file his personal data in order to support, promote and use them for their relationship and general marketing purposes as well.
7. The owner must check after any shopping the right of the receipt that takes from the X-TREME STORES. X-TREME STORES S.A. has no obligation or responsibility to the owner for not right pay of the obligation of the stores that are included in the Program.
8. The owner must inform X-TREME STORES S.A. immediately if the card is stolen or be destroyed. The points are transferred to the new card.
9. X-TREME STORES S.A. will renew the gift list in certain time periods informing at the same time its customers.
10. When the customer cashes out the points for a gift the points are taken out.
11. Filling rightly the application and the delivery of it in the store the customer can take the card from this specific store.
12. The gifts can be earned when the points that are settled from X-TREME STORES are completed.
13. The gifts that are connected with a certain number of points cannot be replaced with other gifts. The owner cannot “buy” points paying in cash.
14. X-TREME STORES S.A. has the right to cancel X-TREME GOLD MEMBER card that stay inactive for over a year and resign every point in it.
