Εξαιρετική (ειδικά για την τιμή της ), βοηθάει όντως στον μη καταβολισμο και στο να μην ξυπνάς κουρασμένος (ειδικά μετά από έντονες προπονήσεις-ημέρες), βλέπεις διαφορά από την αρχή. την παίρνω 3-4 μηνες συνεχομενους τώρα.Και οι 2 γεύσεις είναι καλές αλλά η belgian chocolate είναι γλύκισμα!
