Creatine is a substance that occurs naturally in our organism. It is an essential source of energy for muscle contraction. Its regular supplementation increases muscle performance, especially during intense workouts. To enhance its effect, we recommend using it in the so-called creatine cycles. The beneficial effect can be achieved by taking at least 3 g of creatine per daily dose.
The maximum daily dose is 3.5g. It is recommended to be combined with the consumption of carbohydrates (eg with weight gain formulas). 1 sharp teaspoon = about 1.8 g. The teaspoon is not included. Measure the recommended dose and mix it properly in a drink.
