Training days: basic daily serving is 5g (2 flat tea spoons) after training. Another serving of 5g can be included before the bedtime or 30 – 60 minutes before the training.
Non-training days: you can put a break or continue in regular dosing, 2x per day 5g. The last serving use before the bedtime.
