Now with NLS’s Protein Ice Cream we can enjoy a tasty, smooth ice cream without a ton of calories, with no cheat meal regrets while at the same time we support our daily protein intake. And most of all: We can make it easier and quicker than ever.
Which product can it be combined with?
It can be combined with one of the great syrup flavors from Walden Farm
First mix 1 serving (50 g = 1 ¼ scoops) powder with 100 ml water and shake vigorously for 2 minutes until it gets frothy. In order to achieve a creamier consistence use a beater in a bowl for 5 minutes. Then pour it into a plastic freezer container and freeze for 1.5-3 hours depending on how cold your freezer is. Take a spoon and enjoy! Consume within 10 days, store in freezer!
