Yummy muffins ready in just few minutes! One full package (520g) hides just an accurate amount of mixture to make 24 pieces of these trendy snacks. All you have to do is add water and place them in the oven. What you get as a reward are fluffy muffins high in protein with serious chocolate or raspberry pieces.
Flavour chocolate: whey protein concentrate 31 % (acidity regulator sodium citrate), sweetener xylitol, rice flour, dried coconut oil (glucose syrup, modified starch, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide), baking powder (raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), corn starch), chickpea protein concentrate, polydextrose, cocoa, dried egg white, dried egg, dark chocolate bits 2 % (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), citrus fibre, flavouring, anti-caking silicon dioxide, thickener cellulose gum. This product may contain traces of soy.
Use: pour the dough into muffin baking form and bake in the oven at 180•C for 12 minutes. Time and temperature depends on type and size of the baking form and type of the oven. When muffins are done, let them cool down. Once the package with mixture is opened, use within 2 months.
Recommended dosage: mix a dose of 65g (ca 3 slightly piled measuring scoops) with 60ml of water and stir until a smooth dough is made. Daily dose should not exceed 65g = ca 3 pieces of muffins (depends on how big your baking form is).
