The best protein meal for an athlete. The well known pancakes with a great portion of protein with delicious taste. It’s getting ready easily and quickly, it tastes great and offers a full sport meal.
Add 100gr (5 scoops / makes about 3-4 pancakes) to 150ml cold water and whisk into a smooth batter. Heat oil in a frying pan and pour as much batter as required into the pan. Then fry on both sides at medium heat settings until golden brown.
